We purchased a used travel trailer here and we dealt with both father and son. I have nothing but high praise for they way they treated us. Very honest people here and that meant everything to us, we value that more than just finding the cheapest price somewhere. They do business the right way and that’s a rare find these days. They spent hours going through the trailer with us showing us every last detail. They also made sure we left with new tires, batteries and hitch. I highly recommend this place!!!

VANS RV in Surprise, AZ is awesome!! Todd and all the staff made purchasing our Surveyor Legend Bunkhouse trailer a great experience. Todd first made sure our vehicle could safely tow the trailer and then equipped it with one of the best anti-sway hitches on the market. It was inspiring to deal with a caring, genuine, upfront RV dealership. My wife went to VANS RV to look at the trailer on a Friday without me with our three little kids. Unlike some other dealerships in the valley, she was treated with respect the second she walked into VANS RV. She called me about the trailer, and she set up a time to look at the Surveyor Legend the next day. When she got into the car, she called me and said that even if we don't buy this trailer tomorrow, when we buy a trailer, I want to buy one from Todd at VANS RV!! That's just how you feel once you meet the staff at VANS RV. VANS RV is a straight-up honesty dealership that cares. We purchased the Surveyor Legend bunkhouse the next day and was out camping the following weekend. Thank you from our whole family!!!

As my husband and I were shopping for a camper we came upon Vans RV after stopping at a different place and not having any luck with someone helping us.We were greeted by Paul, he was super helpful and answered all of our questions as we still couldn't decide what camper was right for us. Everyone at Vans; Paul, Todd, Kevin, and Mike -made it easy for us to decide and what camper was the right fit for our needs and our towing vehicle. The team went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle would be safe and secure towing the weight. In fact we were initially looking at one model that seemed to fit the weight limits of our vehicle and when we dropped by to test it out on our Chevy HHR it was at its max weight empty. Todd brought over a lighter model for us to visually see the difference between the two. During the whole process we never felt anyone was trying to pressure into buying. As this was our first experience buying an RV Trailer I feel we found the right dealer for us. We had tons of newbie questions and the whole crew jumped in to answer everything from the grey tanks to the solar systems. We couldn't be happier with the service at Van's and frankly can bet the first place we stopped at would have just sold us the max weight our vehicle could tow without helping us make the best decision for our safety and our future camping adventures. Talk about great customer service, had to update my review. Not only was the sale process of my trailer amazing, but the service afterwards has been exceptional. I ended up upgrading from a travel trailer to a toyhauler now. Highly recomend Vans to all my friends and family. Dont wast your time at other dealers. We bought our first travel trailer from Van's. We had only anticipated touring the trailer and buying elsewhere, but the second we walked in, we knew we wanted to buy from Van's. It was such an amazing and laid back experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are truly happy to see you and take time with you. You feel like a friend or part of their family. We have had a couple newbie issues and they are always willing to talk to us. Van's is the epitome of how the customer experience should be and what most places are lacking these days. We will be back for sure!

My first RV purchase and I don't think it could've gone any better. They aren't there to waste your time and are very upfront. I asked what the price would be, he told me the number and was off by $25 can't do better than that. when I went to pick up the RV they had done a very thorough inspection of the RV noticed minor issues and offered free replacement. Warranty included for 6 months. Also good to know they have a full service to fill tanks and to also have work done on your rig. I'm very happy, and pleased to have gotten my RV through Vans.

Todd and Dawn are Wonderful People! After driving around with private ads, we stumbled on Vans RV. We just purchased our travel trailer and did our walk through at Vans RV. We got new tires, mattress, batteries, hitch, awning canvass and filled propane tanks. They took care of the paperwork. No surprises. FRIENDLY! Great customer service. We will be back for any future needs and feel we gained new friends. Awesome place and people!

We thought we wanted to purchase a used RV & we kept checking online for private owner, but found none. We are so glad we didn't!! We went to Van's and found exactly what we were looking for. We were blown away with the friendly service and the no hassle sale. They thoroughly went through the trailer replacing or repairing anything needed. They also installed a awesome safety hitch to protect us & our trailer. They spent time teaching us how to use everything & were there for us when we called with any questions. LOVE the entire friendly staff and believe it was the BEST purchase we have ever experienced! Will definitely return for maintenance and any future purchase. They really showed that they care for the people as much as they want to sell trailers!
